A wee day trip up to Inverness on the bus with MH & MN to see Scottish Ballet's Swan Lake at Eden Court.

We all really enjoyed it - for me each act got better and better and the Principals ( Roseanna Leney & Evan Louden) were excellent.   I often come out a ballet saying " I could go and see that again" - this time I am - next Friday in Edinburgh.

Earlier we visited Abertarff House (the oldest house in Inverness) where I had an unexpected conversion in Gaelic with NTS volunteer on duty, visited Leakey's bookshop and walked past the new Gaelic centre before having a very tasty lunch at the Mustard Seed with views over the River Ness.

Eden Court itself was busy -in addition to the sold our performance, registration was taking place in the courtyard for tomorrow's Etape. An interesting mix of cultures !

The bus journeys up and down went smoothly with lovely views.

A grand day out and a model to be repeated.
