Close up

The pine marten was in the garden today , clearing up the dropped sunflower hearts. Nice to see her in the daylight.
Mike put up a new outside security light , just for us really so we can see where we’re going when it’s dark :)
We went to Inverness and managed to get one of the last parking spaces at Eden Court. The Etape cycle race round Loch Ness is happening tomorrow with nearly 6000 riders !
There was a good buzz as riders registered and then looked round the many cycle related stands.
There were a few food wagons. We met up with David ( he caught the bus in ) and had a good pasty from one of the wagons.
We were lucky to find a seat outside in the sunshine to eat them.
On to the Cinema to see Civil War. Completely different to what I was expecting so pleasantly surprised.A modern day Civil war in America following a group of photographers and journalists.I enjoyed it and liked the characters. I thought it was well filmed and had good music. Some distressing parts mixed with some humour.
We went to Bella Italia for dinner using up some Tesco vouchers that we had tripled.
The rain started on the way back to the car and it looked like there had been heavy downpours on the way home.
We watched another film in the evening Rebel Moon. It was ok but not worth the money it cost to make.
