Hot flowers

Unfortunately the garden centre didn’t have the plant I wanted (the one in the bathroom plummeted off the cistern last night most dramatically when no one was in and Cathie had been watching a stressful ‘Castle’! Haha!) but they did have this bright, welcoming flower that seemingly likes it hot and doesn’t need a lot of watering. So maybe we can make it last at mom’s! Here’s hoping!

This mornings swim was in the rain. We decided to change in the toilets with the underfloor heating. Ahh! :)

The weather improved as the day went on till it was really quite lovely in the evening as we walked the dogs round Embsay.
