Dianthus Strawberry Sorbet

The second of our Dianthus' to flower (at last). Another dessert variety! Here's the previous one.

One more to flower, and I'm going to blip all these again when there's more flower heads.

Day of contrasts today. Torrential rain this morning (which I cycled to work through) Brilliant sunshine tonight. Next few days are promising according to the weather people!!
