Oscar Is Back

Great to have Oscar back again with us for a week while our older daughter is in London visiting our younger daughter. Also got our grandson with us so life is quite busy but very nice as well. Great to have his young friends around the house, all very lively but well behaved.

Today Oscar and I headed for the hills for a wander around his old haunts. It felt so good to go exploring the different paths up the Leaccain Walk.

Surprised to see how overgrown some had become. This one , where Oscar is having a rest after chasing sticks, was so badly overgrown it was hard to find. It's a good one for wandering along with Oscar as not many people know this one so we get peace and quiet from other dog walkers. Not that I mind dogs and dogwalkers , just the ones who are out of control and snarl and bark at us.

Anyway back home and relaxing , might just have a glass of wine to relax me for the tennis semis tomorrow. Just recovered from yesteday's nerve racking quarter finals.

May well be a "blip Oscar "week while he's still with us.
