The rain arrived

Managed a drizzly dog walk this morning.

It started to pour as I cycled to town.  Managed to not get too wet while in the market.  

Got wet on my homeward journey despite wearing waterproofs.  My boots were soaked and could feel wet feet.  My waterproof trousers were dripping water into and onto my feet. Put dry clothes on when I was home.

Decided a vegetable soup was what was needed for lunch.  

It's been raining all day.  The hound doesn't even like going out in the garden until absolutely desperate.
