Alpines

It's been a bonnie day today. Mum and I spent some time admiring the pots in the garden, including these ones that I refilled recently with some alpines instead of the usual bedding plants. The pots are stone and I think these pretty little flowers look good against the pinky-greyness of the pots.

We are taking Mum home to Bannockburn tomorrow, after an amazing week for our family. She's had a great time but I'm sure will be pleased to get back to her own bed and her normal routine! As will we!
