Anticipation

These aren't a dog 'family'; they're walked by a dog-walker that I bump into now & then who takes them down to a local park and lets them run wild for a bit at lunchtimes. They were all lying patiently on the pavement outside a Chinese restaurant but just as I decided to take a quick picture they saw the guy coming out with some treats and came to attention. Guess he gets them regular a doggie bag!

Just had a late sandwich for my tea - had to respond to an emergency call from my mum's carer and head over to clear a blocked toilet. That took a while but there'd been a bit of a flood so then some serious cleaning was in order. The downstairs neighbour was really nice about it thank goodness, and at least they'll get an unplanned free bathroom redecoration out of it! That's what the insurance is for.
