First recce….

of the square assigned to me for the Longhorn beetle survey. Saw Wrens, Willow Warblers, Woodpeckers, Tits, Crossbills, a squirrel, slugs and a fly with the right coloured abdomen, but no beetles. However, walked the location thoroughly and now understand it. Everything is looking very green!
