Bank holiday bike ride

The forecast was wet but it turned out to be a beautiful day. Chris and I cycled through the Quarry, spotting our neighbours Rathmandu and family, continued on to Uffington and then decided to head for Attingham Park for a cake and a cuppa.  We then had a quick walk around the walled garden before collecting the bikes and cycling to Emstrey island and back home.  It was just over 16 miles and a very enjoyable trip despite idiots in soft tops shouting to us to get out of the way and thugs trying to intimidate us as we cycled through Castlefields. Get a life!
