Summer at last

Today was the real thing. Warm, sunny, pleasant, the lot. The new pond side residents were very happy. Another anniversary gift, I am sure they will weather nicely together (which is the secret of a good long term relationship). 

I was a busy boy between bouts of tiredness today. A lot of cleaning and a bit of work in the garden. Only downer was dropping a brick on my foot. Wasn’t too bad afterwards but hurts a lot this evening. 

This is obviously my year of being accident prone. The universe is telling me to chill and slow down a bit …
