Flow

An elderly relative once pointed out to me that screw heads should be 'in flow'. Ever since then when I'm doing any work with screws I go out of my way to make them 'flow'. 

It's the little things that matter, and I know nobody will see them inside the block, but it still matters and there is a little bit of pride as well.
