Thank Goodness for Stonechat

Today Mr PB went on one of his favourite walks round here and saw a fantastic selection of birds. I went with him last year, and found it a bit too much for me, so today, I dropped him off and drove up to Dunwich Heath where I pottered around for a few hours before having some lunch at the NT cafe there. I saw more Dartford Warblers than I’ve ever seen before - at least a dozen - which was wonderful, but they were too busy darting around to be photographed. Disappointing. But you can always rely on a Stonechat to pose. Glorious weather too.
