60 lengths for 60 years

Took advantage of Bank Holiday opening hours and swam for 1hour 15 mins this morning. 1.35 mile, 66 lengths of the 33 metre pool.

Today the pool celebrates its 60th anniversary so I swam one length for every year and another few to warm down.

After my swim I sat outside a cafe on market street under the canopy watching the rain and all the dog walkers. I enjoyed a coffee, bacon and eggs watching the world go by.

Quick whizz around the supermarket and arrived home with good intentions to do laundry, ironing etc. None of which happened. Oh well it is a bank holiday.
