Pain

It was a pain phoning for a dr’s appointment to see about my pain while also getting a blood test for PSA and cholesterol. Thankfully got both sorted and only have to wait 6 weeks for a physio referral. Managed to do some gardening in the sun when I got back, probably not great for my pain but needs must.
