An outing!

Terry and i headed out after lunch to Iona, about an hour from home, to attend a seminar/information session with DestinationCapeBreton - we haven't been to one of these events and i'm usually too busy to get myself there during our busy season, so as we are still not in absolute busy season, we really enjoyed what we experienced.   It was great to hear what these folks are doing around the Island to promote tourism, which is after all what most of us on the island depend on.  This is a great place to find out what is going on on Cape Breton....and i found out that it is also a place i can advertise the Open Studio i plan to have in August - i'm excited!!!
