A Thursday Lost

Backblip.

Our little break was going so well and was so lovely - even with a complimentary dinner at the hotel after our beautiful day in Stratford (part of the deal I won that got us the break) -

The food was sublime and bottle of wine happily swapped for a large glass for him and a Pimms for me …

However, at 3am I became suddenly and violently ill which carried on for several hours into Thursday afternoon :(
Don’t know whether I picked up a bug or there was a bad prawn in my starter but all plans had to be cancelled - F was/is fine at least!

This is a window in our room, apparently not one of the haunted ones!
