Oor Wullie

In Dundee today, this well known Scottish cartoon character Oor Wullie* was seen sitting on the wall outside the McManus Gallery. I can't understand why he wasn't sitting on his bucket which is what he has been doing in the Sunday Post for as long as I can remember. If you want to know what he is holding in his hand, it has to be a pea-shooter.
