Another Postcard

OK, so I should’ve stayed up until all hours to catch the aurora but crashed out instead. So in lieu of that magical phenomenon here’s a postcard picture, taken from the bench where I was partaking of a black pudding roll and coffee, a second breakfast on my way home from the Eye Pavilion. The good news is they didn’t find anything amiss, happy days.
Spent all afternoon at the allotment on what may have been the warmest day of the year so far, perfect for planting out seedlings and generally pootling about. Then down to The Tiq where the full crew enjoyed a quiet bit of chat before some noisy horde invaded to drive us to another, slightly calmer bit of the pub where we stayed for a while. Probably why I crashed out ….
