The cactus garden

What a week that’s just been. Crappy enough that I’ve bought an air fryer on line to reward myself for persevering.
Medical procedure that I had to take days off for, whereupon I wrote up the entire winter menu for work, which in turn gave me a sore back from sitting down too long, which I endured while putting together a catering event at work for Mother’s Day.
So I’m feeling a bit prickly…
