Moving out and in

In the end, we ended up with a rather larger van than anticipted. That said the tailgate lift has proved a bonus. 
After several hours work, the first load is almost complete and rather surprisingly we think it will only require two journeys to empty the house.
The Cornwall purcahse has gone through and we are now the proud owners of a Penzance town house.
