Afternoon @ Combe Garden

Had the idea of a walk this afternoon but there were cobbles going to the coffee shop which put me off balance a little & the walking very difficult. However we managed & A & I a a pleasant cuppa followed by a great ice cream. Walking I'm afraid was a no no for me?
Combe Garden is a delight on the southside of Croydon. It is part of the estate of Combe Lodge built in1898 for a victorian gentleman Arthur Lloyd latter to become an anex of Croydon hospital but now it is The Chateau Resterant. The grounds had been enjoyed by the public for 70 years The annex to the hospital was from 1930 -- 1960 when the Resterant was established.
It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GOOD SUNDAY
