Tree sparrow

has decided to nest somewhere in the garden, haven’t looked too closely as don’t want to disturb things. Discovered that tree sparrows are now really scarce and have declined by a staggering 93% since 1970, so pleased to see them here. They’ll have to beware of the local magpies though, as they have been creating havoc raiding nests.
