Apple Cake

Well another EB. Almost 11pm and have just taken this apple cake out of the oven. I need it for a community function tomorrow at lunch time and decided I might not have time in the morning
It’s such an easy recipe and everybody loves it. I really don’t do myself any favours at times by saying yes
