Afternoon tea at Claridges

All the sandwiches have been eaten, and now it's on to the cakes, and very nice they are too. It's a lovely place to go for afternoon tea, and the service is excellent, even down to them noticing when we moved through to the bar and bringing me a little birthday treat! The ladies were a bit disappointed because apparently George Clooney had been in there the week before; the only celebrity we saw was Rod Laver, and we had to explain to the non-tennis fans who he was.
