Keep going well, keep going Shell..........

Those of us of a certain age, will remember that advert  for Shell petrol. Only Cath & I in the gym this morning, and we did go for a coffee afterwards. Walked into town, did some shopping and then caught the bus home. J arrived home not long afterwards, so a quiet afternoon ahead.
