The last Night

We have been going to the Oddfellows Arms at St Bees for music once a month for years. A proper old fashioned village pub. Sunday was the end of an era. After 24 years Margaret the land lady is having to go  into sheltered accommodation owing to ill health. One of her chalk boards had been placed in "the music corner" there were other chalk boards scattered about with other adverts on especially  "Margo's" Steak Pie Dinner" she also did  a fantastic Beef Sunday dinner.

So sad the pub is now on the market, probably be converted into a house soon.
