Meconopsis

I switched on Gardener’s World this evening and it was full of Himalayan Blue Poppies!
I was interested to see them growing with candelabra primulas, as for some reason I have planted mine together too. I think I chose a lightly shaded area for the poppies, and spotted a bit of space where the primulas could go too.
I’m very pleased with them, there are plenty more buds coming and they are a delightful blue colour. I will give them some nice top dressing as that’s what Monty recommends, and hope they will survive another year!
