After 3 weeks of strict dieting I decided to reward myself w/this dinner. Kobe Beef Strip steak (not worth the price) from Fossil Farms (about 5 min each side on low broil) w/asparagus cooked on super low heat for about 10 minutes w/garlic and olive oil and chopped tomatoes added in at the end.

One of the few times that I was glad I stayed in and had my cooking rather than eating out.
