Box Hedge gone!

OH left early to meet No.1 at the RM for MRI.  Roadworks on M25 made this a long return journey but lovely to have her home for a few days.  

We had arranged for the tree boys to come and take out the (dead) box hedge. Lots of pontificating about trying to get some more spray to treat the box moth but decided to cut our losses and have the hedge taken out.  What a great decision and it now totally opens up the garden - why ever did we plant them in the first place!  A bit of weeding and tidying up to do and then will sew some grass seed to cover the space.
