This is the flat above mobilevirgin's derelict cafe which I recognised on an early trip to Somerfield. The desirable residence had a For Sale sign up for years but it seems to have fallen off/been nicked. Not vacant possession though - there seems to be a colony of pigeons in the roof space. Bizarrely there is one intact light bulb hanging in that front room, which I couldn't resist switching on in photoshop.
