Blossom Bathing

This intrepid robin decided that the fallen blossom was a good place to chill out and have a bit of a preen. 

He was very chilled - he was unfazed by my careful trip into the house and back to get my camera and it took a clumsy pigeon to scare him off. It wasn't long before he returned and resumed his wash and brush up...
