Ratchet Strap Saviour

Long day of DIY today - last job was a rebuild of the back gate that had swollen and split in places. I was desperately seeking a tool to hold everything together while I was 'persuading' it back into square and found this in the local hardware store (everyone should have a local hardware store). It was cheap as Chinese Chips and just the job ... gate back up, G&T awaits.
