More glorious blossom

This is quite a young laburnum tree which we planted a few years ago and it hasn’t looked this good before this year. In previous years I have counted the number of golden “tassels” to reassure myself that they were increasing in number as the tree aged. This year I won’t be counting!
It has been a lovely, warm, summery day and I spent much of it tidying another corner of the garden.
