Is it just me ?

We had the bungalow roof replaced, it rained.
We had the garage window taken out and replaced with a door, it rained.
We had the garage roof replaced, it rained.
We are having the garden done, for most of the afternoon it has rained.

For a brief time this morning the sun came out, photo taken of a beautiful plant surviving the upheaval, then it rained.
