Quo Rock The Castle

A day of some DIY, and some decluttering. Came across this old programme for the first concert I ever attended. It was the 24th July 1976 and Status Quo were headlining Cardiff Castle. I believe it was the first ever rock concert at the castle. The ticket cost £3.50. John Peel was compere, and it was a wonderful line up. It was the long hot summer of '76, and for a 15 year old music mad teenager, a very exciting time. The extra is from an advert in the programme for a shop, long gone, where most local teenagers would have bought their jeans. Amazing to think it was 48 years ago.
