Concert

Sorry if this is a bit of a boring blip but I have spent most of today, the hottest day of the year, getting ready for our Alcester Singers concert. The theme was 'Magic of the Musicals'. I cheated by giving my camera to a friend in the audience to take this picture.

Any of you who are amateur singers will probably observe how few of the singers are watching the conductor. It's a bug-bear of all amateur choir directors. I am pleased to report that Jane (front row) is about the only one watching. I am actually hidden behind the conductor but I am sure I was watching as well :-)
