Crane Fly

I saw this crane fly parked on the front porch wall and thought "Whoa! That's a large crane fly!" And then Seek told me it was one of the "large crane flies" but refused to commit itself any further than that. So that's what I know. There are something like 4200 described species of large crane fly and they've been around since the Late Jurassic!
