Flag Iris

A walk along the duckboards by Derwentwater let me photograph the beautiful Flag Iris' that are out now, making it feel like Spring, even if the weather isn't!

I liked this one, with the bud next to it, and waited for the Bee to land on it. Though I didn't see the midges all over it at first - though I did feel them landing on my arms.
