Clouds leaving Honolulu

Hi All,

Sorry for my absence and thank you for your comments saying you miss my blips - that's so nice!

This photo was taken from the airplane window as we were leaving Honolulu. I'm joining an 80 foot boat in the Marshall Islands. I've always wanted to sail in the South Pacific and thought it's now or never so I sent out a few emails and was offered a berth.

It was a really long flight from Cork, Ireland - the longest was from Heathrow to San Francisco - but I sat next to the nicest gay couple who kept me well entertained - they were on their way to spend 2 weeks at the house of a friend of theirs - I've since had many emails from them and they're having a great time!
