Cauliflower caponata!

Ok it may not look delicious!

But it tastes delicious which is fortunate as I think I made a meal for 6 and there’s only 2 of us! So let’s hope it freezes.

It was over an hour in the oven emitting a delicious aroma which Mrs UE noticed from where she was hiding!

So lots of Brownie points!!
