Downtown Osaka

We caught the Metro downtown to a lively area called Dotonbori. First stop Takashimaya, a huge and fascinating department store, then, completely different, Kuromon Market. The market sells all manner of seafood as you can see from the main and first two extras. We walked along the canal, third extra. I think this area really comes to life after dark with all the neon lights and restaurants. And for annejohn another drain cover, this one with pansies.
