Evening Rhodora

The field hasn't grown up enough from the last mowing for the rhodora to come back with any abundance, so this one really stood out when it was caught in the glow of the evening sun. I was able to go outside and get a photo before the sun sank any lower, watched all the while by a group of suspicious geese out on the marsh.
