Any Questions? No, Naan. Lumix M4/3 14mm

A dear friend is visiting from South Africa for a few days.  He flew in late last night, and, this morning we will have brunch.  I was up at the dawn of crack to make a traditional Indian bread, called naan.  It's a bit confusing though:  in my experience,  naan is a flat bread which is baked in a tandoor.  My recipe produces a loaf much more akin to challah bread.  It has butter as the shortening, is glazed with egg, and sprinkled with white poppy seeds just before going into the oven.  Oh, and it's gluten-free.
