By Hook Or Crook

There were all sorts of topics running through my head for today but really the energy has been drained by admin.

Really - don't raise a High Priority Incident (which always get managers absolutely excited about a problem they will never understand), just call me - it'll be sorted in 5 minutes.  Which it was.  

More time was spent documenting the problem than solving it.  And documenting it where no-one will ever read it.

So, not a waste of time then.
