It was the 4th Annual Hinckley Soap Box Derby today.
36 entrants driving various home made soap box cars down the main street in the town. The road has a reasonable gradient, which makes for a fast race, complete with hay bale chicanes.....made for some interesting driving techniques...some very well made vehicles, a far cry from what we used to make as kids.
