The decision

Uploading this picture did take some courage. But the decision is made, I am definitely going to change my life. I have been interested in low carb for some time now, especially as a diabetic, this sounds like a logical way of living. The less carbs I eat, the less insulin I have to shoot. So, tomorrow is going to be the first day of the rest of my life!
