Baskets and birds...

The last day of our wonderful 4 day week end.
We walked to Mudeford Key and got the ferry over to the Sands. The bait and baskets where the fishermen work are like magnets to all different kinds of birds, not just the traditional seagull.
We walked back from the cliffs in the blistering heat, and the picturesque beach huts and boats in Christchurch bay were a wonderful illustration of the archetypal English seaside town.
