Secret Homes

I watched a programme on Secret Homes between tennis games last week.
This yellow leaf marks the entrance to a secret home in the hedge opposite our kitchen door.
This is how the Blackies come and go from their nest. They have teased me these last 2 days - hanging out near me and then when I reach for the camera they fly off!
I can hear the babies now chirping away within the hedge. I'd love to peep but I don't want to scare them off.
