Long Lines - Mousehole Harbour

A rather slow start to the day after last night at the palace!! but the weather is gorgeous again and following a royal breakfast partaken in the sunshine with a full view of the Lizard peninsula we wondered down the hill to Mousehole to have a look at what was going on at the Sea, Salts & Ale Cornish Beer, Music & Food Event at The Old Coastguard. We supped a few ales and then climbed back up the hill to watch the Wimbledon Final - WOW what a fabulous match it was.

Recovered from lunchtime we ventured down the hill again and back to The Old Coastguard to meet up with our hosts' son, d-in-l and very new grandson, Theo; have a few more of the local beers, watch some great local bands and then to the pub overlooking the harbour for a lovely catch of the day supper.

Then there was that hill to climb again. Think I'm going to sleep very well tonight!
